Chicago want’s “TWO” for EDU.

This year in education the CEO of Chicago Public Schools, Barbara Byrd Bennett says that students who are bilingual will receive a seal of Bi-literacy which is to be placed on their transcripts so that after high school graduation colleges and employers will notice for admission and hire.  (FOX 32 news). This new program is expected to continue through every high school.
